There are alot of ladies that don't care what you look like and just care what your personality is like. I'm not saying your ugly in anyway but i'm sure that'll go away someday.

I wouldn't worry about what people think. Anybody who judges people by looking at them once is not a real person. To properly know somebody, you must ignore their looks and acknowledge their true personality. Also, most people who do judge are usually :
1- Bad people
2- Self conscious
3- Have bad personalities

You shouldn't worry about relationships due to a few scars, because anybody who disregards your personality over a few scars probably isn't worth your time anyway.

Quoting my favourite band - "how we survive is what makes us who we are". You sir should be proud of yourself just for being able to talk about it. And as the guys said above, it's mostly about the personality, sence of humor and confidence. Honestly, if a girl looks only at your apperance, she's just not worth it.

I don't know what kind of music you listen to, but you could try a band called Rise Against. I find their songs very motivational and confidence-boosting.

 

It's all about what you feel inside, not what others think.

By the way, I think it's wrong that the hospital said you would be mentally retarded... that wording is wrong..

 

Your scars are way better now, well i could barely see them in the newer pics, you will have your old life back , you will develop alot of relationships, have jobs, etc. Keep your head up high.

I was very amazed by reading this, the fact that, you pretty much felt death, but you pushed it away. I'm not religious at all, but if there is a god, he gave you another chance. Confidence? Hell, look at the pros of this, when you try and pick up girls you can say something to make them realize you're glad to be alive and they will like you better because of the confidence you have.
