wat is the problem and i dunt understand this what i need to do

Yea, i always used to get that same problem, it turns out that i never gave Scar enough time to download and install, because whenever it came around to downloading the manual, it would take forever, i mean like hours. So i would just close Scar and try and run the script, because i figured since i downloaded the includes and plugins, it wouldnt matter, but it still wouldnt work, so basically, you just need to be patient. And now with Divi 3.10, it has a progress bar on the downloading of the SRL files, so you can watch the progress.
