Scar and RSBot

scar is better ... its just that noob coders (the ones who use rsbot) have no idea what scar is capable of. they think cause rsbot is minimizeable its the best. they have no idea that scar has been minimizeable. i personally tried rs bot andwas unhappy with the lag and inefficiency

 

Don't dis RSBot like that . It is an excellent bot but it is a little more computer hungry. It isn't inefficient if you know how to make a good script or if you have a good script. I made a VWM that could mine 1 character for almost 7 hours straight and get me a lot of Iron (17k in a week) not autoing all the time too.

I also made a Swamp Miner that mined coal and mith very nicely also. Had 1 character over night with it mine 1200 coal, my best with scar is 1500 in a night.

iv'e been using rsbot for the pc one for about 5hours now i think, and havent had a problem so im really like rsbot, scar kept giving me problems and i used the topics about how to set it up and etc and followed everything step by step, and scripts arent working, i get some error line 46 message or something like that and etc, just either to complicated or its my vista/computer.

 

Well, like stated before. SCAR is more powerful than RSBot. So it is a little more complicated. But after your first script. It is rather easy.

Also note, I am not flaming the creators of rsbot, they are pretty godly coders. I am just against the client-hacking.

Jethr0x we know u have worked hard to make scripts for scar but u have to admit rsbot is a lot a lot easier to use than scar .. and i think rsbot2 will kill all other bots... just wait and seee

first time i botted was on scar hahaha was fuckin awsome willow chopper ... it was really fun..

SCAR solves randoms faster and quicker than RSBot.
SCAR only Hijacks your mouse if you want it to.

Newer isnt always better. RSBot is a decent bot... SCAR is just better.

Jethr0x is right. But for people who think RSbot is easier to use when botting for your first time, your also right. It's just that Scar can do the same as RSbot + more. Maby when the new RSbot comes out that changes but now Scar can do more things tan RSbot and it's MUCH less undetecable.

I voted for SCAR, I've had more accounts banned with RSBot then with SCAR.
I also have had a better experience with SCAR. RSBot just gets annoying. :noworry:

 

i prefer SCAR as it is harder to get banned using it, and alot of scripts are provided.

 

I guess I'm retarded because I could NEVER get scar to work. I've read like 10 guides and I just gave up. After trying RSBot once, I got 2 mill worth of fish and 5 fishing levels without getting banned. Since I'm not stupid enough to run the bot 10 hours a day, I don't think I'll get banned thus RSBot, to me, is better. When RSBot 2 comes out, I think even the most dedicated scar users (like Jethr0x) may switch when autoing on Runescape.

 

I doubt it. But whats gonna be so great about the new RSBot 2?

If they make it reflect the client, then they are just copying off of scar...

RSBot 2 will probably just be RSBot 1 with a few new functions..

Delphi goal is easy, visual programming, without giving up to mush power, and strong connection with Windows; Java aim is portability, even giving up some of the speed, and distributed applications (or executable Web content).
