He does not understand, there were risks and complications with a 3rd party being involved. Everyone is aware of this. I cannot do anything if the account was recovered by the OO and I stated in my post I was not the OO.

 

you say it was the OO, I say it was you either way you sell an account you take responsibility for it

 

Also user tried to get me to buy something from Scaperoon who has been reported here aswell , saying he knew him personally and could get me it for cheap, and now it turns out ( according to hand frag ) that scaperoon is also the original owner of the account i bought from hand frag

I have messaged the OO but he's not replying to me. I delivered him the account regardless.

 

exactly my point, also if he would have just refunded which i gave him multple oppurtunities to do so I would have no problem clearing his name.

 

Also the OO recovered it after he had a limit put on to his account saying not to trade with the user.

 

hand , whether or not you are the OO has nothing to do with our trade, you sell something you have to take responsibility for it.

 

@hand frag You are required to refund him if the account you sold was recovered, regardless of your TOS or if you aren't the original owner.

Also to other users: please refrain from posting on reports that you aren't involved with, it will get you infracted.
