Scamming Over Paypal

Is there anything I should know when selling over paypal. Like is there any way for them to take it back once they send it to me?

Well there might be a chance that you never get it after paying on paypal. But I'm not sure. I know that can happen with money orders. But if they send it I don't think they would be able to go back and take it.
