Explanation of the trade: we agreed on 13mil start price to start a service then i knew he was going to scam because he start asking for more money so i said i would like to cancel this order as he was trying to get more money out of me after the agreed price

How they scammed: took the 13mil and blocked me on discord comfirms 13mil in the discord chat then just before he blocks me trys to say i didnt pay upfront

Proof that it's their Discord or Skype

This dude is a scammer.
He scammed me for about 30 mill or something dont trust him
Ive contacted the authorities and Discord to release his IP address which they are legally obliged to give in the case of fraud or scam
Anybody who has been scammed before can contact me on this website and any proof will also help

 

It's quite obvious that Xerxes is guilty, unless the pictures are fake. Which I highly doubt.

 

Yea, Scammers think they can get away with everything. They can and will be prosecuted by law
