Scammer Xbox Gamertags "Outgunny"

I contacted this person about the tags that he had and he said Hid, Merc and Audio. As you can see in the chat, he provided evidence that he owned audio but would not send a message on Merc or add me as a friend, you can see the excuses in the screenshots. With the screenshot that he did send me it had a completely different profile photo, so I assume he edited it.

I don't think he's communication banned so I'm not sure why he won't just send you a message. I'll request a TWC.
