Scammed: $10.00 PayPal

So basically I was getting levels up for 2 of his pure accounts. When I finished
getting the levels for both accounts I ask him to sent the payment as a gift.
Told me he did and logged off right after. I went on PayPal and check but my
money is still the same as before.

Temporarily Banned?
Should he be banned forever?

Sectionals can only temporarily ban members. He will be permanently banned by a global soon.

Thank you.

No problem. A global can close this now.
