This should be posted at the bottom of the forums under ban reports, you could try requesting a "Trade with Caution" tag to their name, however, I don't think your MSN convo shows anything amazing and side with the other dude a little more than you, although he was obnoxious I think your lack of knowledge of the forums made you look bad in it.

 

I've already directed him to the appropriate section, btw It's 'report a scammer'

 

Something always seemed fishy about this dude.
