Scammer - Teleblocked

Ok. So we were doing a trade for soulsplit gp. i Was buying soulsplit gp via Paypal. i went first because he seemed cool i know i should've gotten mm, but this was my first time doing something on sythe and i don't really know how that stuff works yet and was impatient. I have to video clips of me sending the money via Paypal, and in game.. And i have video of the skype chat where he was messaging me while we were doing the transaction. This trade was for $15.00 usd or 13.86 euros. In the videos he logs out after i send the money in game. And removes/ blocks me from skype. His skype is: http://imgur.com/uudGq6F
