I filed a scam report for him already, he was banned, and is trying to apply an appeal, Stating he sent full refund. He is just the proof otherwise so that he isnt allowed to come back:

I was going to pay 16$ for a fury trick and he asked for half. Thats why it shows that I had spent 8$.
