    Guy agreed to pay $37 for my Habbo account, PM'd me on the site then discussed on MSN, below are screenshots;

    Lost my DragonFable, Habbo and WoW account all in one day, yay for Sythe.

    EDIT:
    How nice, he took all the rares and left me with some benches and flowers.

    He also left me a note;
