I was first interested in buying a different UC pet but once he/she told me the price for a UC Faerie Pteri (Alafai) I thought that was quite cheap

So I bought the UC Faerie Pteri the same day I asked about it, he/she went first and said the shell account the pet was on and I paid him before I logged in that shell account. I left him a vouche after I checked the pet was on the account he mentioned.

Before I logged in the shell account it said it was Last spotted: Under one day ago, which I thought he just logged in to check on the UC pet or something
I transferred the Alafai the UC Faerie Pteri to my neo account mtmpanic the same day I got it, then on the next day (25th January) I try login neopets and I got iced:

The account the Alafai was on was still active and used by the original owner, I shouldn't have been frozen let alone if I had the pet not even a few days and his/her thread pretty much says 'All pets are from accounts last seen long, long time ago - accounts that have been abandoned by their owners'

Just because it's banned now doesn't mean it was him, and how do we know if this is the same account.
