Scammer @Hypno recovered acc

So before i post the links of the pictures and convos, just sharing what happened.
I purchased the osrs acc "hexchat" now rsn changed to "b00ze" by yours truly.
He wanted 100m, but I could only afford 90m at the time. I even added an extra 2m from my other acc.
The deal went through, I went first, he gave me link to change registered email, he gave me a vouch as did i give him a vouch.
I had the acc probably for like 5 days, and then I attempt to log in and password is changed. I try to recover the acc. Jagex unfortunately denies recovery.
It's lame to think that even though you get what youre asking for, you end up scamming and being scum about the trade. To me those are people with no respect or honor.
but anyways here is the all the proof i have.
He removed his original thread, but I have PMs about purchasing his 20 def pure. Do not trade @Hypno

UNfortunately, he has blocked me on skype and sythe... I have no way of contacting this guy.
