Why don't you have access to your PayPal? Don't tell me it was the PayPal of the account original owner? Simon I think.

I have not received the money, the dispute has been around for 20 days, I cannot enter because the account does not allow me and I have changed the password twice
 
That sounds like you got the money and "can't" login to your own PayPal account. I cant call up support and cancel the transfer, its already happened. Also the dispute started on the 1st of Feb. It has not been 20 days already. Get your PayPal back. You cant just "lose access" to your own account.
 
Why you guys PMing each other. We have this thread for a reason.
