neoPTZ scammed me

Briefly explain the trade:

I ordered a bunch of quests and Skilling. I agreed to give him the money first for completion of half of the quests and skilling. I gave him 4.5M and access to my account. Changed the password of the account, took my 4.5m and is now ignoring me when I pm'ed him on Sythe.

How they scammed:

Today I wanted to check whether he changed the password or not. To my surprise he did! He scammed my 4.5M as well as my account. I asked him on MSN to give me back my account and my 4.5M and he blocked me. Looked up my account on adventure's log and he didn't even start my order!

Moderator please contact me for him as he has been ignoring me. I want my account and my 4.5M back.

If he does not change the account's password to what is was before and does not give my 4.5M, please ban him!

 

Lack of proof, you didn't show anywhere that he scammed you. As far as I know, the trade was successful from what you've posted.

 

He took my account ! I cannot recover it because I am not the original owner.

He changed the password and also took my 4.5m ! How can you say the trade is successful? He didn't even start my order! He took my 4.5M cash and my account and is trying to hide the fact he scammed me! Look at the pictures. I gave him the cash and my account details. I told him to PM me so I know it isn't an imposter.

I just got a PM back from him and he said "What account?" Now he is trying to deny the fact that He scammed me!

You cant be serious. I've been scammed and your saying its a successful trade? I demand another moderator look at this thread please.

I looked up my account on Adventurer's log. He didn't even train a single level and hasn't done a single quest yet. Now he is denying even having access to the account and my GP.

 

I feel I have provided sufficient proof already.

Gave him the 4.5m. provided the proof of that.
he confirmed it in PM. provided the proof of that.
He changed the password a few hours later and didn't begin my order. I pm'ed him demanding him to change the password to what it was before and he didn't answer me.
Now I pm'ed him again and he says "What account?". I can take a picture of this and forward this to a mod. Denying the order is certainly a red flag isn't it?

How is this not enough proof that he has indeed scammed me?

Adventurer log (April 11):

Its been one and a half day now. Not a single quest or skill trained yet. He agreed to finish everything in 2-3 days. Tell me for those who think he didn't scam me, how is he going to complete the stat requirements and quest in one day and a half?

My intent is definitely to get this prick banned. I wouldn't go through this much trouble if I wasn't scammed.

I hope this is sufficient proof now.

Moderator I want details of his IP as I am going to take legal responsibility and action if I don't get my account and 4.5M cash back (Online Fraud).

 

note: Bluepig i rspect your point of view and that I need more evidence. but what I am astonished about this is the people denying the fact he scammed me.

I am being completely honest here. look at my vouches. all my trades have been successful and I have never had a problem. Until I traded with neoPTZ. Why would I go to such an extent to get someone that is innocent banned? I would only do that to the guilty.

I am no longer concerned about my loss. I know I can easily make back the 4.5M in a day and make a new account. What I am more concerned about is that this sythe user is deliberately getting away with committed crime.

if this does not prove he scammed me i do not know what will. I am also awaiting the PM that bluepig informed me to send to neoPTZ. I doubt I will get a response after he blocked me on MSN.


All the pieces of the puzzle can easily be put together now. Not hard to figure out that I was indeed scammed.

I am also still requesting his IP to be sent to me in PM (if that is fine with the moderators). I am not going to let this case go until he is dealt with.

He's already been banned
