user has scammed me for $100 paypal after i sold him my account, He has chargebacked the $100

Also hes messaging me this on skype:

This is extremely sad. my acc and $100 is gone.

When creating a new report, I need you to include the following.

• Provide a screenshot of the transaction details for PayPal.
• Provide a screenshot of the Skype ID overlaid on the chat.
• Provide screenshots of the Skype conversation.

I couldn't find any vouch posted for selling the account, so please link that as well if you have it.
