Ohhhh Noooo! should of followed the guidelines to not get scammed.
 
You have to call them up. Don't tell them it was for an online game, tell them it was a product or something.
 
Call paypal to reverse the payement
 
Dispute It At The Bank, Also Post In The Scamming Forum To Get This Guy Banned ;)
