Scammed on First Transaction

I've been scammed on my first transaction, I paid 195 USD for 99 dung via PP gift. The chap, now banned, got me one lvl up had excuses to break for awhile, got one more lvl up and then has now run with my money.

This was two sodding months ago since I payed him. Can I still make unauthorized claim and get it back? Can I say I didn't receive items admitting it was a business transaction to Paypal but get my money back?

Before you flame, yes I was a noob. Yes I've learned my lesson. Oh, and he has the guts too send me a request via PP for another 200 USD...WTF?

 

try it ... your fauklt u had to pay 195 dollars to a unthrusted person

 

Just be honest and say you didn't receive what you purchased. Chances are PP might approve your claim since the scammer's paypal has probably already been flagged by others trying to reclaim their money.

 

Charge back as "unauthorized payment"... this way, you'll most likely receive it back. It's better now to be safe than to be honest with PayPal and taking the chance of not receiving it back.

 

Would this work despite the fact that I've made legit purchases in the past two months since I sent the money to the scammer?

 

I think it's just up to 2 month's that you can charge back? I think , not 100% sure.

 

Ya i belive after like 60days or something you cant charge it back.

 

Yes, try and do it via a charge back on paypal, if it's too late then it's just one of them your gonna have to take on the chin, try in the future to use Trusted people, or instead pay in as he goes not all in one bulk.

 

we've all gone through this once or twice if it makes you feel any better i got scammed from 2 friends so far for rsgp? like seriously if they would of asked me i'd give it to them for free since i farm it

 

Thanks, Kasi. I Put in a claim of unauthorized transactions. Hopefully it will go through. If not...well...I'll suck it up and move on lol.

^ Scammer. Wanted me to get on teamviewer so he could "fix" it. Also claimed to be ex-paypal employee.
