Prove that the user is the same:

His skype is "we.are.anon" which is the username of we are anon on Sythe, he isnt publicly posting his skype, always making people get it via PM which makes me lead to believe "we.are.anon" is his skype.

Why i believe snow leopard is his? Skype of "Snow Leopard" on powerbot is we.are.anon and both accounts were made within a few months. So yeah its a hacked account on powerbot i assume.
