    He approached me trying to buy a pokemon name, quickly changed the subject when i didn't say a price he liked. Tried getting swaps etc then he was just begging to get me on skype and find out all my rare names.

    Just sketchy imo - i can provide more pictures if need be, but i'd say this is a good enough picture.

    Actually, upon second thought. There's not really much I can do here. Him simply wanting your Skype isn't enough to warrant a TWC. Sorry man.
