Scammed in a Gamertag sale

Hello, a couple of days ago a user named "Talz" on Sythe had scammed me. His Kik name is OhKezza it even says it in a thread he posted in the xbox Accounts section. He was selling me a three letter gamertag. And it ends up that he had not given the account. So I had disputed and then He told me to cancel so he can Refund. And so I did and this is what happened.
