Jee is a scammer

Explanation of the trade: Sorry, this might be a long explanation, but I will try to make it the best I can. Tuesday June, 17 2014 I sold Jee a runescape account for $140, Jee said that I had to wait 20 days after the account sold to receive my money. I kind of understood that and trusted the guy. So, the account sold and 20 days after I asked to finally get my money. He said that "sorry, acc manager didn't come today". So I waited and waited and it was constantly the excuse "sorry, account manager isn't here" after messaging him constantly for the money on August 14, 2014 he said "very strange,I just checked your acc,it shows hasnt sold out ,and when I am trying to log on acc to make sure the ingame name ,it got locked :\". Note: 2 months after he said he sold the account the account suddenly got locked and I don't get my money?
How they scammed: I never received any money for the account I sold to them.
