    @Kaka_root, in the screenshot of your inbox for the email you registered to the account it shows the email you received from Jagex when you confirmed your email change on 6/14/2025 at 4:38pm, followed by 3 password reset requests on 6/17/2025 at 1:19pm, 3:04pm and 6:13pm.

    All of the password reset request emails received on 6/17/2025 at 1:19pm and after align with the time @OSRS Machines states he submitted an appeal to recover the account for you.

    You posted this report on 6/17/2025 at 7:53am and claimed you did not have access to the account, so you should be able to provide a screenshot of a password reset request you received on the email you registered to the account prior to the time the report was made. Are you able to provide this?

    When i originally bought the account i changed the password once and it was through his email.. he sent me this links

    i didn't change the password at all after that time, i accepted the password request, Changed that. then accepted the email request, and changed to mine.

    As it stands i have nothing, he has the account and has had the account since that day, and he has my money. he's claiming i hacked the account for my own gold, When that's not the case, i've spoken to him numerous times since the account has been under his name again (Since yesterday) and his response to everything is 'let scythe decide' so he's banking on this not working out so he gets to keep both, the account and my payment, He has full posetion of this account currently he's claimed this and showed this fact, i dont see what the massive deal in him refunding me my money is. he's lost literally nothing here.. i'm benefiting nothing either, IF hes so convinced i hacked my own gp (i didnt) i paid him 7.1b for this account, Tell him to remove the 1.7b from the 7.1b i paid him and return the rest, I've been telling him since the start i dont care about the gp i'd sooner have a stable account, but this sale has been filled with nothing but fake information from him, Read his previous posts he claimed he showed me the bans in the ticket, you've seen the ticket, Did he mention them. No.. same as the TOS. situation

    If the account was recovered sometime between when you registered your email onto the account on Sunday at 4:38pm and Tuesday when you made this report at 7:53am, you should have had a password reset request during this timeframe sent to the registered email on the account, as Jagex requires that to be sent for legacy logins during the recovery process. The only proof of a password request email I see is after you made the report and informed @OSRS Machines that you no longer had access to the account, which if you were still receiving the password reset request emails that would mean the account was still registered to you, and you will need to provide proof otherwise.

    3 password requests and when i first got the account he sent me a link via discord to reset the password, i bought it sunday morning for me Had no issues untill tuesday
