Scammed for an 07 account

@Kaka_root, in the screenshot of your inbox for the email you registered to the account it shows the email you received from Jagex when you confirmed your email change on 6/14/2025 at 4:38pm, followed by 3 password reset requests on 6/17/2025 at 1:19pm, 3:04pm and 6:13pm.

All of the password reset request emails received on 6/17/2025 at 1:19pm and after align with the time @OSRS Machines states he submitted an appeal to recover the account for you.

You posted this report on 6/17/2025 at 7:53am and claimed you did not have access to the account, so you should be able to provide a screenshot of a password reset request you received on the email you registered to the account prior to the time the report was made. Are you able to provide this?

 

If the account was recovered sometime between when you registered your email onto the account on Sunday at 4:38pm and Tuesday when you made this report at 7:53am, you should have had a password reset request during this timeframe sent to the registered email on the account, as Jagex requires that to be sent for legacy logins during the recovery process. The only proof of a password request email I see is after you made the report and informed @OSRS Machines that you no longer had access to the account, which if you were still receiving the password reset request emails that would mean the account was still registered to you, and you will need to provide proof otherwise.

 

I am still reviewing a few things and I will post here when I have an update.

 

This report has two main concerns that have been discussed with the majority of staff.


1. The alleged account recovery

• This was the initial claim in this report and it has been determined that the account was not recovered and this was a false accusation by @Kaka_root.

• @Kaka_root continued to receive password reset request emails on the email address he registered onto the account after he claimed that he no longer had access to the account and his email was removed.

2. The account's offence history

• @Kaka_root provided proof that the account has 3 previous bans and states that these were not disclosed before the purchase of the account.

• @OSRS Machines states that screenshots of the account's offence history were posted in an advertisement of the account in a discord channel in his server that @Kaka_root was linked to during their initial conversation, but has since been deleted from his server due to @OSRS Machines' server being limited.

• @OSRS Machines suspected his server was limited as the result of him advertising account sales on discord after being told this was possible by another user, which led him to delete the channel.

Conclusion:

It is our stance on Sythe to automatically award account disputes to the buyer if previous account bans are not disclosed. However, due to the initial claim of this report being fabricated and the previous history of @Kaka_root accusing users of scamming without proof on his other Sythe account @Yakaoshami (Link to previous report: [Invalid]), the following will be the final ruling for this report.

• @OSRS Machines has been issued a TWC for not being able to provide the proof of the previous bans being disclosed and will need to return the account to @Kaka_root.

• @Kaka_root/@Yakaoshami has been issued a DNT while this report is active for attempting to scam and will need to Request a Pardon to return to the market.

@Kaka_root and @OSRS Machines - Please verify here on the report when the account has been returned.

 

As I mentioned above it is clear that you fabricated the initial claim in this report and the account was never recovered. I'm not going to debate this with you as everything is outlined above. If you want the account back, please reach out to @OSRS Machines.
