Scammed for 30m rsgp from "fatalitydivine"

Briefly explain the trade: He had more vouches than me so i went first i was trading MY 10b fatality614 gp for HIS 30m rsgp. i agreed on going first as i didnt have as many vouches as him, so i traded him 400 tokens which is 10b. he then gives a fake rsname to me and goes offline and denys the whole thing.

How they scammed: didnt pay me 30m rsgp after i paid 10b fatality

What time in the video does it show them leaving/not responding: straight afterwards.
