Ovidijus00 Is a timewaster/rude

Hi so user Ovidijus00 is advertising a gold selling site for rsgp on BUY RUNESCAPE GOLD | SELL RUNESCAPE GOLD | SWAP RUNESCAPE GOLD | OVASGOLD when i proceeded to purchase 20m which is $11.02 USD of gold using paypal. i sent a message on his livechat on the website and asked to receive my money. after waiting for a minute or so i received a message back saying to wait a further 20minutes before receiving gold. i have purchased gold before from other sites and have never had to wait 20 minutes before so i messaged back asking why the wait was 20 minutes long. after waiting 5 minutes for a response he responds back saying 'Refunded. If u dont like to wait'. Now at this point i am quite relieved as the user was being quite unresponsive and i was scared i might be getting scammed. I then see the refund was not done and that i have to wait 3-5 working days for the money to be returned to my account.

Basically just a huge waste of time, i don't know if this user has had problems with others in the past but he has no communication skills whatsoever and i am very dissapointed in the service. Will now have to wait 3-5 days to purchase gold.
