How they scammed:I sold rydeen69 1282M via the grand exchange server. I went first thinking it was just another regular trade. He had about 30 vouches on grand exchange server and I noticed that his recent sythe vouch page was filling up with a lot of recent trades so thought nothing of it. I sent him the GP, he told me that my LTC was on its way. I waited 10 minutes and told him that there was no transaction on the blockchain and he said that he has sent the LTC and to allow it 5-10 mins to show up (he since then deleted the message, but this can be retrieved if needed)
I messaged again, and no response and pinged titanite and neer to block him from opening any other tickets in the grand exchange server.
