If you paid by credit card/debit card you can get them to reverse the payment.

As for the GP sorry for your loss, there is not alot you can do about it withoutadequate proof and from experience I'm guessing that was an imposter who asked snow to pm you in order to get you to trust him.

I always make it a note to copy and paste any conversation to my confirmation PM's but based on that email he doesn't think hes trading you, only getting your email.

The pic shows the profile info ,and yes it isn't alex's skype that is shown on his sythe profile (awful of me to overlook that). HOWEVER, he used the account "atlumby" to do the transaction.

This photo was sent to me by another sythe user who sold some gold to the REAL alex2012 earlier tonight, and as you can see, it is the real alex2012's skype, and he uses the exact same runescape account as the "imposter" skype used to take my gold.

Let's be totally honest- this is completely your fault. First, you should have checked his skype and compared it with the one he advertises. Second, you should have read the PM (sure, I read all the comments, don't cry too much), and sent him a pm back confirming it was you he was talking to.

Rather than quitting, learn from your mistakes.

by the look of the pictures you actually might want to contact a mod about that because that indeed is very suspicious to say the least.
