    Explanation of the trade: Was buying some OSRS GP from him. I paid through Coinbase with Bitcoin.

    How they scammed: About as simple as it gets; sent the funds around 3:51 pm my time, confirmation went through nigh immediately at 3:52, and he went offline almost immediately. No answer afterward. Wasn't expecting to scammed for such a meager amount, to be honest.
