EDIT!: Sythe shows he is online but when i pm him to know why he didnt finish the trade and he logged out, hes not answering me

EDIT 2!: He is active and dont reply to pm... im starting to think it wasnt a mistake to log out from skype like that.

EDIT 3!: Tried to contact him for 5 hours! Didnt reply once!

Idk if he had the intention to scam but he went first by sending paypal money for 25M RSGP and i then asked to fill forms of confirmations to avoid getting scammed by a chargeback (its some forms i did). He then said thats what i have to fill? and then i said yes and he logged out.... Idk if it was his intention to log out but maybe he wanted to do a chargeback and with my forms, it would be less possible for him?



I ask him to go in his paypal email cause i sent him an email with all the confirmation form he have to fill... [When he send me link with "None of them are confirmed" - its a link that shows in his paypal that he didnt confim his email IN PAYPAL... But he should have access to his email even if he didnt confirm in PAYPAL]
