Briefly explain the trade: i was selling my rs acc for $800 cad
How they scammed: he insisted on going first as he had vouches and i had none. as soon as the email change was complete he never transferred the money then signed out of skype whilst he changed my account password aswell.

is there more proof required? or is this sufficient?

 

You need proof that his end of the deal was not sent to you, and you need proof that you send him the account information and that the information was changed.
