    The "home IP match" is a very weird one. If we're considering his IP match to be enough it'd lead to a massive ban evader report because that'd tie him to an enormous list of people. Bmba has the same kind of IP match with mmm_Donuts and he has the same kind of IP match with all users on his IP audit with the "86." users. Bmba is Addydays and Clue Scrowl for sure though (email kind of matches) but they aren't banned. I can't do anything with this report if all you can provide me with are assumptions.
