Scammed by Viral for 285m OSGP!

Explanation of the trade: I bought access to RsAutoswitcher for 285m and now I keep getting banned from the Discord for no reason, this guy (Viral) made his own switcher from a perfect switcher into a shit switcher, he keeps banning me and kicking me from the discord and does not want to refund me.

+NEW INFO: He banned me from the software after he got banned on Sythe and i've never been able to use it since then, i want my 285m OSGP back because of this. He said he doesn't care about Sythe either when i mentioned it to him a couple of months ago.

So in these screenshots, I paid root a bit of the full payment of 285M, which he told me I had 1 month to completely pay, so i paid him half and paid him the rest a week later and got lifetime access,

I didn't make another scam report after he permanently banned me from using his software right away cause he was already banned on Sythe and i did not see the point, today I was informed that he is unbanned and has no refunds to do but he does, he has to refund me my 285m OSGP. I was banned as mentioned above as soon he got banned from Sythe and his response was that he does not care about Sythe, this is unfair.

was closed cause i had access to his software, but after he got banned on sythe he banned me from the software and yet i still do not have access to it and cause of the accusations of other people claiming that he has a rat inside his software and it being a while since i touched his software (cause he banned me) i want a refund of 285m OSGP which is the payment i made for lifetime.

 

@Viral_ is there a valid reason for you banning this user from your service(s)?
edit- @Heulix , Viral is DNT'd which is similar to a ban. He is allowed to browse non-market sythe sections but is not permitted to use the market on Sythe or make trades with Sythe users utilizing Sythe as a platform. (Example: confirming trades via Sythe).

Viral_ requesting DNT pardon for Legal Obligations

RSAutoSwitcher was its own entity and the company was dissolved. Paperwork was provided to the staff and they agreed with me. I have no attachment to that entity nor is there any software connected with it because the company was dissolved.

I cant even remember a time that this person has not tried harassing me. If it isnt him purposely going out of his way to get my discord removed, ddossing my website, or trying to scam with random discord accounts on my server. You name it of all the rules that can be broken around here... he has done it. The amount of complaints I have gotten and the amount of user accounts that all link to him in my system is absurd.

Integrity and value is held with the utmost importance in my community. I have kept it private and by doing that it has allowed me to build a very good user base. I have 100s of people that will vouch for my efforts. He lost his rights to everything the second he tried doing malicious attempts on my site, and my users.

He knows he is banned perm from my community, my software, and my website. He continues to be persistent. Honestly it is just absurd at this point.

hi unfortunately viral was shut down and has legal documentation with specific terms, in those terms it states the rsgp payments can not be refunded. i'm sorry @Heulix . but companies don't last forever.
