scammed by vgoldseller

Hi,
I ordered a saradomin bow from them about a week ago. They told me it would take 4 days. After 4 days it was still not done. Went to live support and talked to them and all. Then they said it would be done 5hrs ago. So now logged in to my account. I see the saradomin bow being bought at the GE. Previously i had 10m in my account. Now there is only 5m and the bow is not even bought yet!

I need some advise on what to do next. I have a feeling that when i go talk to them again they will just deny it and say i spent the money. I could really use some help on how to deal with this issue. If they continue to deny that they used my gold, I want to get my money back. I paid using paypal, is it possible to get my money back?

Any help is most appreciated.

Best thing to do would be to wait until they tell you they are fully done.

I believe that they have the offer for the bow up already since it takes a long time to get, and are going to be earning the money for it while the offer is already there, if you get what I'm saying?

 

You need proof also if you want to get them banned :/

 

well today they sent me an email saying "Hello,we have done the orde for you, plz check it and change the pass, thank you".. and its still the same.what shd i do?

 

Call Paypal directly about it.

 

Collecting and providing visual proofs would help you :S

Try to make the persone that you are trding with pm you next time so you can proove that the person that is talking to you on msn is the same person that is on sythe.

 

Guys, he's not trying to get them banned, he's simply posting his feedback on a website. He does not need to provide screenshots.

ok i thought maybe i could make them(vgoldseller) understand this so i had a chat with their live support. they had a picture of the account bank before they started to work on it..knew then i had lost,they had pic i didn't... but it was obviously not before they started as it showed 6m in the account (conveniently it had no time or date stamp) . then i asked them what about the remaining missing cash and this is what they said.....

i just left the convo after that. no way in hell im going back. no need for me to know that stupid code. so in a nutshell all you folks out there that want to ever buy from vgoldseller..be careful, hell don't even buy from them!
