scammed by The Skimitar

he wouldn't answer me on Skype either. Sean and i have both tried getting him to answer

 

You both didn't send me any messages. I don't got any of u.
He gave me the original email + first passes.
I never even tried to recover this account, so all this commotion and false accusations are very useless.

Considering both the original owner & 2nd owner had access to recovery, there is no way to tell who recovered it -- it could have been either of them.

 

ive sold dozens of accounts none of which have been recovered ive got vouches to prove multiple accounts ive sold including the first one on my first day here i have not nor will i ever recover any account ive sold

 

Even if you've sold 99 accounts without recovery, doesn't mean you didn't recover the 100th account. Due to the lack of proof in this report, it's not possible for us to ban Skimitar for the recovery.

It could have been either of them. If you have proof it was definitely Skimitar, please post it.

Request that Skimitar recover & return the account to you -- if this is not possible, Skimitar needs to refund you and Sean needs to refund Skimitar.

If he can't recover the acc for you, the trade essentially becomes reversed & refunded. In this case, it was acc for acc. If he can't recover for you, he needs to return the other acc back to you. You can also ask Sean to recover the acc for you -- if he did it the first time, he may do it again.
