As for you not being friends with "Ino", that doesn't matter to me. Although there are people other than @Huncho and myself who presume that @TaurusInc and @Ino are the same person. (Unfortunately it cannot be demonstrated, as this is a huge weakness of the community that will always be vulnerable to the actions of this type of criminal). Hucho -> Taurus -> Nestor

Hucho might not have paid you @TaurusInc, but that does not exempt you from not having to pay @Nestor Rafael Pinto .
Please pay Nestor for the work that he completed.

@TaurusInc from what I understood @Nestor Rafael Pinto finished the jobs, so the term is not applicable. Secondly, terms of service must be explicitly accepted by the counterparty. It is not in accordance with our rules to have them automatically apply without presenting them to the counterparty and obtaining their acceptance.

Please let me know when you have paid Nestor for his work.

@TaurusInc , you assumed a financial risk by providing Nestor with employment without having the direct means to pay him. The Terms of Services you have in place do not offer protection in this situation, as they were not correctly presented, and it is impossible to ascertain whether the account was genuinely hacked, as you claim, or merely compromised. As the employer who provided Nestor with the account, this risk falls upon you.

Furthermore, after speaking with you on Discord, you did not provide clarity regarding when you could pay Nestor (see deleted, staff)

As a consequence, you are banned for a period of three months for scamming, and you will receive a "Do Not Trade" (DNT) status, for which you will need to pardon if you ever wish to return and make the (owed) payment of $27.5 to Nestor.
