Briefly explain the trade: Sold account for PayPal

How they scammed: He or She Backcharged the money. Even though it was a Gift Payment.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:

We settled on $55 over MSN, Middleman Login was used.

Backcharged the money without saying anything.

Note: After the money was backcharged I did recover my account back. It's ruined now but I do have it back. I would still like this scammer to be banned from sythe.

I can't do that now... It's been resolved with paypal and their backcharge failed.

I would still like the person banned for trying, but if that's not possible then it'll be alright. Sorry for wasting your time.

 

Well, we need proof that chargeback was the same person as the person you are accusing. If you cannot do that, then I cannot ban him.
