Scammed by Stakers sale

Briefly explain the trade: I was buying a Runescape 2007 account from him for 50$.
How they scammed:After payment was sent, I was mocked and the account information was not received.

Extra: this is difficult to prove because he added me on his acc selling page and has posted a different Skype name. I suspect he has two different accounts.

You also need to prove that that is his Paypal email and tha you sent the money to it.
