    It seems like Sal has a lot of accounts and mistakes can happen, I believe if you own hundreds/thousands of accounts and you're using a bot to do the work somethings can go wrong sometimes.

    I've requested the DNT be removed since the refund was so prompt.
    Resolved and closed.
