amount of xp achieved for the level 92 ranger to it's current xp is : 1,903,444

amount of xp achieved for the level 77 ranger to it's current xp is : 1,895,871

total amount of xp trained: 3,799,315x 4.69= 17,818,787.35

total of xp to be trained on first account to 99: 11,559,000

total of second xp to be trained on second account to 99: 6,516,747


which is 18,106,747

now obviously i should do a different break down of xp per hour for the lower level as that
one took more time and they were quoted as a package, but i honestly don't care anymore.

i will break this down as one lump sum of "even training"

85M divided by xp supposed to be gained is 4.69gp/xp

so using that we can determine the bottom line amount I am currently owed.

I decided that our contract needed to be terminated after multiple times of trying to edit how much
was going to give me at the end of the 99's i wasn't comfortable working a huge job for him
then taking payment, as you can see i have tried explaining that, but to no avail
he has talked nasty and treated me like a slave.

It really is sad I am having to make this report as i wish the Moderators i messaged on skype
could have just reviewed the info and talked to him.

he then agreed to 80m again but had agreed to the original 85m. after reviewing all of this I am not comfortable completeing this
big of a project for someone who is going to bark over 17.8M..

He has just told me on skype i will not be getting paid for anything and that was now a free order.

I have proof of the xp trained/being on the accounts with the current xp i gained, I did not want to post his login name/display names on a public forum, any mod wishing to see them can PM me.​

 

So the deal was 150m at the end of 20m range xp on two accounts. You then begged me to pay you sooner; I agreed to paying you at two 99s because you were being difficult to begin with.

Now you want to be paid for the work you have done? No. That isn't what the we agreed on.

I changed the passwords to both accounts, message me and I'll let you continue the service as we agreed.

 

You agreed to be paid at the end of the 99s. You've agreed to that and now that you suddenly feel uncomfortable with the agreement doesn't change anything with the contract you've already made.

he has asked on more than one occasion, i have never had dunworry/other middleman's on this forum asking to middle man huge trades, so why is he?

He stalks my profile and if someone comments on my thread he alerts me and then says "do you need a middle man".

 

It's wrong to ask to middleman a trade? I was just trying to complete my proofs and help you out, guess you took that the wrong way.

No matter what you dig up, you're still in the wrong here.

I'm not saying you don't deserve anything but I believe there should be a penalty for getting out of a contract that you've agreed to. I'll get other opinions though ofcourse.

 

I appreciate it, I'm honestly open to taking like 12M of the payment for the work currently done, i do not want to do any kind of training/trading with this user.
Although, i thought i was very fair when saying i was owed 17.8m as the training on the lower level ranger took much longer and wasn't a fair gp/xp rate(i quoted them both seperately) and combined the amount to make the total. After "being told what to do" and after him constantly trying to change amounts of money, you'd think someone with bills would just pay me the 17.8m and find someone else, as ive done it cheaper than anyone will quote him so far.
I am just not a fan of him asking to MM and trying to hold money over me forcing me to do another order after that one for even more xp, as an "incentive".

 

i didn't read all the comments in the thread because you both pm'd me about this, but i agree with entrr's first post:

stick to the original agreement OR mutually agree to a new set of terms. if you can't mutually agree, then the original agreement stands.

I have a contract with you for 99 range on 2 accounts and we discussed a second order but never set it in stone, and at this point. we won't be.

Pure Addiction do you agree to pay 85M at the end of the 2 99's i get you on the accounts you have provided me.

 

the deal was 85m after 2x 99s and 150m after 2x 20ms

 

i never confirmed i would do the 20m xp on both accounts i said if i did we would work another deal.
I am not doing 20m xp on both accounts.All we did was discuss the pricing.

The only thing i agree to is a bulk gp/xp deal if i take on both orders, however the second order was never confirmed/started as it can't be till the second is done. the first order doesn't conflict with the second one at all.

That's 85m for 18m xp and 60m for the rest of the 14m xp.. Not what we agreed on.
