Scammed by Poky.

Poky wanted me to buy his account for 43m, I went out of my way to get the money and proceeded to trade him on his account '1 coqwat' I can confirm this is him because I asked him to confirm the trade in Skype and he did. I have a video of me accepting the trade after the confirmation. Next he simply logged out and ignored me on Skype. Not even bothering to say anything, after a few messages he replied saying I 'declined the trade' when I have clear evidence he did. I hope that something can happen to fix this scam as it happened on sythe and this is twice I've been Scammed out of my money and a runescape account. He also tried to say he didnt receive a payment from me but he changed his thread name to sold.

Use a middleman and don't trade people who joined last week. Why would you assume he would give you the account?

 

Because taking people's money without giving them their purchased goods is illegal.

 

"Hey cops, this guy scammed me out of my runescape gold!"

 

Hey cops, this item has a real world monetary value that can be proven and stole it from me with proof that he stole it. That's still illegal.

Straight from their terms and conditions: Virtual Currency and Micro-Game Credits do not have any inherent value and are not your own private property. When you purchase or receive Virtual Currency or Micro-Game Credits, you do not own the Virtual Currency or Micro-Game Credits.

 

A 55 dollar theft is still a 55 dollar theft. And I can't buy or sell I've been scammed out of everything.

Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!
