Scammed by OMM + a User

Bought a santa hat, OMM stole + seller didn't provide

as i cannot get in contact with NSC619

I payed 35$ for the santa hat which was middlemanned by http://www.sythe.org/members/284713-jack-goff.html

Hasn't given me the santa hat after telling me to meet world 54 falador east bank

I'm trying to contact paypal but having issues with them, apparently I can't get a dispute open.

I've contacted local police and they'll work with me too I got the kids name and everything

I'll leave this open just in case your proof somehow has that ^ with the right username. Next time, I would suggest requesting a PM, any legitimate trader will have no problem doing it. =/
