Xplosion Scamming LoL Boost

Hello, I came into this transactions very happily and positive however I feel as if got scammed from this guy and I feel very upset and sad because he's already a verified booster, perhaps you can talk to him and convince to help me boost my account.

I contacted him as you can see in the picture on September 16th and as seen on the photo he said two days max I even paid him a bit extra of 28 euros instead of his listed amount.

it's been over 16 days and I haven't made any progress and he ignored me over the past 4 days refusing to communicate with me when clearly online:

Hopefully someone can sort this out for me this really upsets my experience on sythe as it was my first transaction and I even made sure to take all precautions such as finding a verified booster and such.
