I bought an Oldschool Runescape account from KMJT on the 15/02/14 for $68 USD direct PayPal.

However, on the 22/02/14 the account I purchased was banned for macroing.

During the week of me owning it, I hardly played it at all due to working on another account. I literally logged in about 10 times in total to the account, and I did not bot a single second. During the conversation (below) with KMJT he claims he did in fact bot on the account.
KMJT refuses to offer me a refund or any compensation for the account.

Did you ask about whether this account was botted on or not before purchase?

I said 10 times as an absolute maximum. I didn't count how many times but what I was trying to say was I hardly logged on at all.

 

Was the account sold to you with the agreement that no botting had occurred on the account?

If not, there is no scam here, just bad luck

 

KMJT never mentioned bots being used when purchased.

Bad luck that he sold me an account he botted and then gets banned for his botting? I don't think that's bad luck and I think he should be liable.

 

I mean, his service states the account is botted, he also runs very many tribot scripts. Honestly, I don't think this is a scam, it's a botted account and it comes with the risk of a macro ban, I can't really say any refund is in order here.

 

How would you feel if you paid $68 for an account, barely used it then found out it was banned for botting that you didn't do?

Also, I searched through the first few pages of his sale thread and he states no where that it was botted. When I purchased the account he never stated he botted the account.

1. You cant prove you havent botted
2. You have no agreement with KMJT that either the account wasnt botted by him or that he'd refund if you got macro banned

I understand your position and I know that you must be angry and frustrated, but such is the risk of buying a botted account. Sorry for your loss, but KMJT isn't liable to repay you in this situation.
