Explanation of the trade: Selling 50m for paypal $1/m

How they scammed:
I had sent him $55,28 as family/friends through Paypal. According to him he didn't received the money and that he called Paypal on a Sunday! He clearly said that Paypal had some trouble with procession the conversionrate. He promised me that he will get back to me at monday in the morning. He never did that. So I find that suspicious. Yesterday in the evening I was asking him if he received the e-mail about the transaction. After that he blocked me and never replied. I have called Paypal today, they have confirmed that he already received the money on sunday. I am starting a case against him with Paypal. I will do whatever it takes to find out who he is in real life.
