I got scammed by LoneRanger

Explanation of the trade:We were talking about 250m 07 gold, I would send him 1.6826 btc first, he would give me 250m 07 gold.
How they scammed:Once i sent btc to him, he said he needs to update java first then restart his pc, but he never come online.
