Explanation of the trade:i got a message from kuozelka saying hi i got discord and skype and i replied saying hi okay this is my discord we had a convo in the discord call and he seemed like a nice guy he said hey let me login to you're account to make sure everything is peachy so he did and hes said oh this looks nice i will send u the money he sent me a picture of him sending the money and then he blocked me on discord after he stole my items off my account and never paid

@life_proof Did you request a Sythe PM as is required for all Sythe scam reports to be deemed valid? Please read: A warning about discord trades. Just a name match won't quite cut it I'm afraid, neither will just a couple of an emptied bank be enough to ensure you were truely scammed. I'm inclined to believe you on your word that he has scammed you, but that won't be enough to keep him punished. We need actual proof of items being there before handing him the details and the items being gone after handing him the details. Just your word against his, or even none, won't be enough. Do you have any more proof?

there is proof in my pictures i put in the account selling form i showed a picture of me with the items posted yesterday and today i posted a picture with all the items in my bank and on my person also why would i get rid of my own mage arena 2 cape and my serphelm with a lava mutagen that thing took me 1200 zulrah kills to get and it would definity get me more money for the account

Consulted with another moderator, sadly this will not be enough to hold him responsible for this. There's just a lack of proof. Next time make sure to get proper Sythe PM's when trading someone (them confirming their Discord ID + the chatlog + your Discord ID) to prevent this from happening again. Sorry for your loss regardless. If you disagree with my ruling, feel free to PM another moderator to have another look at this. Closed.
