Can DNT be removed now?

I will even pay the payment again, this time to staff who can then give to user since he is unwilling to corporate with me.

I will not accept the payment. I asked you to simply provide me with the above, which shouldn't be hard to do if you're serious about resolving this. @dkssud Would you like to add anything as well in the meantime?
