When was the account bought and when was the ban issued?

the account was bought 4 weeks ago~ and the ban was issued yesterday, he says he has lifetime warranty if anything goes wrong so

 

That does seem like a while and don't believe he should be liable, but I'm not sure on how LoL accounts work.

 

It says the account has been banned until February 22. I assume all is good and it's unbanned now? @scammedbynova
