Scammed by Hybrid beast.

He sold me an account for $20 USD, but several days later, he recovered the account. Then a few days after, he started a thread saying that he was going to resell the account. I posted a claim saying not to trust him because he recovered the account. he immediately reported me for spamming and scamming. He says I was the one who tried to file a claim to get my money back although i never did, we even payed through a middleman who I have the money to and then he gave the money to Hybrid. Unfortunately hybrids paypal was limited to paypal was holding the money until he could un-limit it. He claims that our middleman, (BEYOND REASON) said I was a scammer and that I tried to reclaim the money from his account. Although that was a different story, because his paypal was frozen because he could not provide a picture ID or link it to a bank account because he was not old enough to have a picture ID. I don't believe that this was a fair trade on his behalf, I was cheated out of $20 and I would really like him banned or something done to prevent him from doing this to other people. thanks for your time.
